Route Management Internship

Information, Growth & Development

The Route Management Internship Program provides non-graduates between the ages of 18 and 22 the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a variety of career fields. The Interns will follow a rotation program which will allow them to spend time working in and observing different departments.

Departments may vary from group to group and or city to city, however, it will typically include the following departments:

  • Debtors and Creditors
  • Finance
  • Financing
  • Health & Safety
  • Human Resources
  • Imports and Exports
  • Logistics
  • Parts Depots
  • Procurement
  • Production
  • Rental
  • Sales and Marketing

Through additional workshops, seminars and training, successful interns will be able to apply for long term employment positions at the end of the Internship Program. Program duration? The initial phase of the Internship Program will run for a period of 3 to 12 months, conditional on the Intern meeting the training objectives at each set interval.

The criteria for applicants?

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Must be between the ages of 18 and 22.
  • Sound communication and language skills
  • Strong numerical ability. (Mathematics & Accounting advantageous)
  • The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
