- Function as a part of the support network to achieve both the goals of the company and the individual goals of senior executives

- Great telephonic skill when chatting to customers and branches
Duties
- Image resizing and cutting
- Product management including attributes, information, image cutouts etc.
- Full Stock Control Management
- Product importing and exporting
- Price increase management
- Branch and information management
- Specials and discounts
- Shipping and Shipping classes
- Day to day User management
- Error and trace logging and checking
- Keeping Branch information up to date
- Keeping website up to date with group information
- Website Security Updates and any plugin updates
- Social Media specials and new product update management
